By using Chipper, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please refrain from using the application.

2. License

Chipper grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal or organizational purposes. Unauthorized distribution or modification of the application is prohibited.

3. User Responsibilities

Ensure that all uploaded files comply with applicable laws and do not contain harmful or unauthorized content. Use Chipper responsibly and for its intended purpose.

4. Limitations of Liability

Chipper operates offline; therefore, we are not liable for data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access resulting from user actions. The application is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

5. Updates and Maintenance

Chipper may provide updates to enhance functionality and security. It is the user’s responsibility to install updates promptly. Support is limited to the scope described in the documentation.

6. Termination

Violation of these Terms may result in the termination of your license to use Chipper. Chipper reserves the right to terminate access at its discretion.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Milpitas and any dispute will be resolved only in Santa Clara County, & California, and federal courts.
